Peter K. Adler

Peter has been active in the marketing and selling of Information Technology solutions for the past 2 decades. He has established himself both in the Commercial and Governmental markets as a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and creative presence in a wide range of enterprises.

He is the co-founder and principal of a successful SDB Government Contracting firm offering integration and professional services to a significant number of Civilian and Department of Defense Agencies.

He has brought his considerable sales and sales management skills to Applied Data Research (currently part of Computer Associates), Unisys Federal Systems, ERC International as Director of Product Marketing for the Computer Products Group, as well as a number of domestic and international firms requiring representation in the Government markets.

He is a former member of the Northern Virginia Technical Council's Small Business Committee; a current member of AUSA and the Washington Network Group and a frequent attendee at Government IT industry forums and affinity groups.

He is a graduate of the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College's "Managing for Success" Program.

Barbara Reilly

Ms. Reilly served as Chief of the International Information Systems Division of the Internal Revenue Service managed a division of programmers, systems analysts, and hardware and telecommunications specialists located in Washington, D.C. and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

She coordinated all international telecommunication endeavors; installation and administration of all local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs); design, development, documentation and implementation of a comprehensive data security and disaster recovery program for worldwide use; hardware and software procurements; data security; software system design, development, and implementation. Ms. Reilly managed the successful implementation of both WANs and LANs enabling electronic mail file transfer, and interactive data access and update capability to approximately 700 users worldwide. Managed and supervised the design and development of a relational database (Oracle) comprising all tax accounts with international features.

As Chief of Information Management for the Assistant Commissioner of Employee Plans and Exempt Organizations, Ms. Reilly supervised the design, development and nationwide implementation of an interactive, relational database containing all employee pension plan information return data.


William N. Daly

Mr. Daly entered government service through the highly selective Presidential Interchange Executive program. While in government,

Mr. Daly served in executive-level management and senior analytical positions with responsibility for IT, budgeting, planning and analysis. Programs and functions served include economic stabilization activities in the Executive Office of the President, and trade promotion activities of the Department of Commerce. In a consulting capacity, Mr. Daly played a central role in the startup, budgeting, and planning efforts of the US Railway Association and of ConRail

In the private sector, Mr. Daly had major responsibility in industry, consulting and academia. At Exxon-Mobil, Mr. Daly managed all IT and operations research activities supporting corporate planning, corporate and international treasurer's offices, tax administration, and the integrated supply, distribution and transportation (SD&T) function.

As Amtrak's Vice President of Planning, Mr. Daly developed and administered five-year plans, productivity improvement efforts and capital budgets exceeding $1 billion. He was a Senior Associate in McKinsey and Company's transportation and banking practices, Mr. Daly led budgeting, cost reduction and other analytical efforts concerning startups, mergers and reorganization efforts, often in the billions of dollars.

On the academic side, Mr. Daly has taught graduate-level IT management, project management, and quantitative analysis in American University's Computer Science Department.
